About the event
Experience deep rest through the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. This guided group experience begins with gentle breathwork, stretching and intention setting, followed by relaxing sound bath designed to help calm the mind, release tension and leave you feeling restored. No previous yoga or sound healing experience is necessary. Limited space, and advance registration required. Please arrive early to settle into space. The session begins promptly at 10:30 AM.
