Thank you for choosing Serenity & Flow Wellness Lounge LLC. Our events have limited space and require advance planning, the following policies apply.

Event Tickets

All event ticket sales are final and nonrefundable, except when event is canceled by Serenity & Flow Wellness Lounge LLC or when otherwise required by law.

If you can not attend you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at least 24 hours before the event. The replacement guest must provide the original purchaser's name when checking in. 

If Serenity & Flow Wellness Lounge LLC cancels an event, you may choose a full refund or transfer your payment to a future event.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you must request a refund within seven days of the rescheduling notice.

Private and Couples Sessions

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable. One rescheduling request is permitted per booking and must be within 60 days. 

If Serenity & Flow Wellness Lounge LLC cancels your appointment, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrivals does not qualify for additional time or a partial refund.

Weather and Emergencies

If an event proceeds as scheduled, refunds will not be issued because of weather, travel delays or personal scheduling conflicts. Emergency situations may be reviewed individually but do not guarantee a refund.
